1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Mines. By playing you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Jurisdiction restrictions

The service is not available where online gaming or crypto-asset wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We may restrict access from certain regions.

3. Provably fair

Each round is generated from a server seed committed before you bet and a client seed you contribute. After a round ends the server seed is revealed so you can verify that the board was fixed in advance. See the Fairness page for how to verify a round.

4. House edge

Every multiplier includes a built-in house edge, so the expected return of every bet is below 100%. The current edge is shown in the game and may change with notice.

5. Maximum profit per bet

Profit on a single bet is capped at a fraction of the bankroll. When the cap is reached further safe picks cannot raise your payout. The game warns you before you place a bet that could reach the cap.

6. Abandoned and unstarted rounds

A round you abandon after it has started is settled automatically after 24 hours. A round that was never started on-chain is refunded.

7. No guarantees

Gaming involves risk and you can lose everything you wager. We make no promise of winnings, uptime or uninterrupted access, and the service is provided as is.

8. Wallet security

You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys and devices. We never ask for your seed phrase and cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions.
